The Box Office is open Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm. We are only open over the weekend if we have a show. We open 4 hours prior to the start of the show. The Box Office stays open until at lease 30 minutes after each performance starts.

Gift Cards are available in any amount. You can use them for tickets to any event at the Florida Theatre and are redeemable in person, over the phone or online.

Here's how to purchase:

Please be aware you will be mailed an actual gift card.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be tracked if lost/stolen. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase drinks or concessions. Gift Cards do not expire. There is a no refund policy on Gift Cards.
