The Box Office is open Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm. We also open 4 hours prior to the start of evening shows and 2 hours prior to the start of matinee shows.

You may reply directly back to your ticket confirmation email if you have questions or concerns pertaining your order.

Gift Cards are available in any amount. (If you need an amount that is not listed, please call the box office directly.) You can use them for tickets to any event at the Florida Theatre, and they are redeemable in person, over the phone or online.

Here's how to purchase:
• Online – please be aware - you will be mailed an actual gift card.
• Call: 904.355.2787
• In person at our Box Office

Note: Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase drinks or concessions.

If you are purchasing as a holiday gift, please pick up in person as mail may experience delays.
